Go off work in time to enjoy your person life IF you've completed all the work assigned to you.
Draw a clean-cut boundary between work and personal life.
Even in case of emergency, your colleagues would be able to reach out to you by other means possible. So, stop worrying pointlessly and start enjoying your leisure time.
life = work + entertainment + exercises + sleep. It is not limited to your job, so please do find a fine balance between work and leisure.
Personal health is our largest asset for any type of work. If you're feeling unwell, please do not hesitate to take a rest.
Sometimes it's not a shame to resign yourself. Resign from the onerous occupation that doesn't suit you and find yourself something you love is how we define a real LIFE.

It is hard for us to predict whether "996" would eventually disappear, but we're certain that anxiety is like a widespread syndrome of a particular era, which could be particularly hard to be alleviated.
